Ms. Debra A. Kennaugh, PE is President and senior traffic engineer for Crossroads Engineering Inc. of Tampa Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida. She is a registered civil engineer in the state of Florida and has over 25 years of traffic operations and traffic engineering experience. Her experience includes working on traffic studies, access management, safety improvement studies and transportation statistics. Her plans production experience includes signing & pavement marking, signalization, lighting, roadway and maintenance of traffic.
