E. Roberts (Bob) Alley is an environmental engineer who has spent his career designing water, drainage, wastewater and air pollution control projects. He has over 40 years of professional experience. Bob graduated with a BE in Civil Engineering and an MS in Environmental Science from Vanderbilt University. He taught as an adjunct assistant professor at Vanderbilt, and as a Continuing Engineering Education Instructor at George Washington University. He has authored ten environmental related books including Air Quality Control Handbook and Water Quality Control Handbook.
