Arkansas Professional Engineer Continuing Education Requirements

Continuing Education Requirements for AR PEs

Continuing education in the State of Arkansas is regulated by the Arkansas State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors. Professional engineers in AR are required to earn 30 Professional Development Hours of continuing education during each 2-year renewal period. Engineers are allowed to carry over a maximum of 30 PDHs to the next renewal period. Odd-numbered licenses have a deadline of December 31 on odd years; even-numbered licenses have a deadline of December 31 on even years.
