This course presents standard methods and best practices related to designing and constructing cathodic protection systems. It provides a detailed analysis of corrosion and various types of cathodic protection currently in use. Students will learn how to develop a design basis for cathodic protection systems, design techniques, and data requirements for a full-scale system design.
