Design And Construction Guidelines For Dams

This course is designed to provide the design and construction requirements for a new dam and includes the requirements for reconstruction, modification, enlargement, rehabilitation, alteration, or repair of an existing dam. The course is based on the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Dam Safety Program. The main elements of the design and construction of dams include the submission, review, and approval of engineering plans and specifications, inspections, reports, and records.

Once you complete your course review, you need to take a multiple-choice quiz consisting of fifty (50) questions to earn 10 PDH credits.
