International Building Code – Fire Resistance Rated Construction
This course is designed to provide engineers with information regarding the fire resistance rated construction section of the International Building Code. The provisions of this course govern the materials and assemblies used for structural fire resistance and fire-resistance-rated construction separation of adjacent spaces to safeguard against the spread of fire and smoke within a building and the spread of fire to or from buildings.
