This three (3) PDH course provides the rules and regulations for Engineers registered in Virginia as prescribed in rules and laws for professional engineers and land surveyors in the State of Virginia.

This course is intended for engineers in all disciplines who want to learn more about the rules and regulations for practicing engineering in the State of Virginia. It summarizes the requirements for professional engineers established by the Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects (APELSCIDLA Board). The course materials include the Virginia statute – Title 54.1, Chapter 4 Chapter 4. Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Landscape – Architects and Interior Designers and Excerpts from Title 13.1.

Once you complete your course review, you need to take a multiple-choice quiz consisting of ten (10) questions to earn 3 PDH credits.

At the conclusion of this course, the student will be familiar with the State of Virginia Rules, Laws and Ethics in the practice of engineering and land surveying.
