Independent Sales Professional
PDH-Pro is the recognized leader in continuing education for professional engineers. We are seeking an Independent Sales Professional to lead our B2C and B2B growth initiative.
This position will be responsible for developing new business by calling on senior management (Director, Vice President, C-Level Executives, etc.) and selling online continuing education (CE) and professional development training solutions to professional engineering firms.

Job Type: Contract (1099 Position)
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based ($80,000 – $250,000 potential annual earnings with no cap)
Schedule: Flexible (Part-time or Full-time options available)

Our courses cover a range of engineering disciplines and are developed by subject matter experts, ensuring they meet the NCEES standards for continuing education.
We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our team in a remote, commission-based role. This position involves actively selling our online continuing education courses to engineering firms and companies employing professional engineers.
The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying new business opportunities, skilled in closing deals, and committed to promoting the value of continuous learning and professional development in the engineering field.
- Generate leads and reach out to potential clients in the engineering sector.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored continuing education solutions from our extensive course catalog.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to expand our organization’s reach and impact.
- Maintain a professional online presence, especially on LinkedIn.
- Expected income between $100,000 and $250,000 per year, based on sales performance.
- Uncapped commission structure, offering significant earning potential.
- Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work remotely.

- Access to a computer with GoToMeeting and Zoom Pro for virtual meetings and presentations.
