Mr. May earned a BS in Environmental Science as well as an MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He is a licensed professional engineer in Oklahoma and has worked as an engineering professional for over 35 years. He has worked in many segments of the municipal and industrial water, wastewater and chemical process to include facility design and disinfection process, such as chlorine dioxide. He has trained groups in carbon fiber composite repair and supervised large composite repair projects in over 25 countries worldwide.
