Mr. Troilo earned his BS in Biology and Limnology as well as a MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Central Florida. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida and has worked in the engineering profession for over 30 years. During this time, he has focused on stormwater management system design, watershed master planning, control structure design, flood mitigation design, water quality improvement, floodplain mapping, floodway revisions, streambank stabilization, LID, and natural systems restoration. He has conducted watershed management planning efforts and drainage retrofit design projects for numerous cities, counties, and water management districts, and he is considered an expert modeler.
