Frequently Asked Questions for Multi-State Packages

FAQs for Multi-State Packages

If you are a professional engineer registered in multiple states, PDH Pro has a solution to simplify your continuing education needs. The following information explains how we can help you meet the requirements of multiple engineering boards.

How do I register for the supplemental courses?

Once you purchase one of our multi-state packages, you will receive an automated email with detailed instructions. Select the courses that you need from the supplemental state requirements and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to check-out and enter the discount code that was provided in the automated email. This code zeroes the price and allows you to add the courses to your account – each course automatically appears in your Dashboard in the “Current Courses” tab. This process is fully automated, allowing you to register without any assistance from our staff, and can be completed by you immediately after purchasing the package.

One (or more) of the states I am licensed in does not appear in the list of Supplemental Requirements. What does this mean?

If one of the states you are licensed in is not listed in the Supplemental Requirements table, you should not purchase the multi-state package to meet the continuing education requirements for that state. Usually, this means that the state in question has unique requirements such as limits on self-directed courses or other constraints. Contact customer service at (508) 298-4787 for assistance.

Which multi-state package should I purchase – the 15-hour, 24-hour, or 30-hour package?

The state license you are renewing with the greatest number of PDH hours determines which package you need. For example, if you are renewing the following 4 state licences:

  1. Texas – 15 hours
  2. Alabama – 15 hours
  3. New Jersey – 24 hours
  4. Kansas – 30 hours

The maximum number of continuing education credits required is 30 hours (Kansas). The suitable multi-state package is the 30-hour package.

How do I register for the technical courses in my package?

Once you purchase one of our multi-state packages, you will receive an automated email with detailed instructions. Select the technical courses that satisfy your renewal requirements and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to check-out and enter the discount code that was provided in the automated email. This code zeroes the price and allows you to add all of your courses to your account – each course automatically appears in your Dashboard in the “Current Courses” tab. This process is fully automated, allowing you to register without any assistance from our staff, and can be completed by you immediately after purchasing the package.

Which courses can I complete?

Each of our multi-state packages allows you to select the technical courses from our entire library. The 15-hour package includes 15 hours of technical courses; the 24-hour package includes 24 hours of technical courses; the 30-hour package includes 30 hours of technical courses. In addition to the technical courses, each package includes the 2017 Texas Laws and Rules plus the supplemental courses designed to meet the state board requirements for each of the other states you are licensed in (up to 4 included).

What if I am registered in more than 5 states?

If you are licensed in more than 5 states, simply purchase the additional required course(s).
