Michael Black, PE
Mr. Black provides more than 30 years experience in general civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering; and geohydrology. He earned a bachelor of science in Geological Engineering from the University of Idaho and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Washington State University. He is a registered professional engineer in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
Mr. Black is accepted by courts as an expert in forensic, geotechnical, environmental, and mining engineering. He has completed civil design work for numerous commercial, municipal, school districts, and residential sub-divisions. In his various roles, Mr. Black has been in responsible charge of engineering projects as large as $30,000,000.
