Continuing Professional Competency (CPC) Requirements
Continuing education for licensed Professional Engineers in Indiana
PDH-Pro is approved by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency as a provider of continuing education for professional engineers (#CE21800088). If you are an Indiana professional engineer, PDH-Pro can help you meet the continuing education requirements. All of our courses can be used to meet your continuing education requirement. Currently, Indiana engineers must earn 30 PDH during each biennial period.
We offer 30-Hour Packages for Indiana professional engineers that fulfills all requirements, including a 2 hour of ethics course. Each of our Indiana package courses is guaranteed to be accepted by the Indiana Board.
Rules for continuing education for Indiana were revised as of Jul 19, 2010. Here is a summary of the engineering continuing education requirements mandated by the Indiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers.

Course Content | At least one PDH must be in ethics applicable to the practice of engineering
And at least one PDH must be on the subject of Indiana’s engineering laws and rules. Otherwise, there are no specific restrictions on course content. In general, the course must be “designed to directly enhance a professional engineer’s knowledge and skill in providing services relevant to the practice” |
Online Courses | Accepted. Distance learning courses are specifically listed as approved activities. There is no limit on the number of hours that can be earned through distance learning |
